Mine Falls Park and Nashua River

Today is Palm Sunday and waking up this morning to the rays of sunshine through my bedroom window makes for a promising day ahead. After going to church and having a quick lunch at home, we went to go for a hike and enjoy the beautiful day. Although the sun is doing a hide and seek game with the clouds, it's a perfect day to walk among the giants, that is, the tall pine trees lining up the trails of Mine Falls Park. It's a very enjoyable walk with our ever energetic little Daisy. And as we go along the trail we also saw some wildlife along the way, among them are sun turtles which I have caught with my camera lens, lots of fish swimming in the water and even a muskrat taking a dive into the water too shy to interact with the humans. There were plenty of people walking with their dogs as well. Daisy have her share of adoring fans but she's none too friendly with the other dogs. She got this notion that she's too human to socialize with them so she put up a few paws to some unsuspecting and trying to be friendly dog. All in all the day turns out beautiful and as always it's great to spend some quality time with my whole family on this Holy Palm Sunday.
